Sarah Palin Is McCain's Running Mate!

Sarah Palin is McCain's running Mate! Alaska Governor Sarah Palin has been chosen by Senator John McCain to be his vice-presidential choice. Palin is an excellent choice as she is a fiscal conservative and has been seen as a rising star in the GOP. She enjoys an 80% approval rating as governor.

Palin, as governor of Alaska, has had to deal with issues concerning Russia as Russia is in such close proximity to Alaska. She is also strong on energy and ethics issues, which is what we need.

The "long knives" of the Democrats are already unsheathed. They are screaming "no experience," but the funny thing is, she has more experience than Barack Obama and is the only chief executive in this campaign!

At a rally in Dayton, Ohio today, Palin gave a rousing speech that saluted Geraldine Ferraro and Hillary Clinton. She is not afraid to mix it up!

When a woman has a husband and five children, the latest being a baby born with Downs Syndrome, her ONLY job should be that of taking care of her husband and children...NOT running for Vice-President,or Governor or even dog catcher for that matter!

Since your comment is asinine, I wasn't going to allow it. However, since you brought up an issue some people seem to be asking about I decided to allow it.

First, what she does is her and her family's business, not yours.

The choice in balancing a career and family was one that feminists have been clamoring for. Maybe it's because she's a conservative Republican that you aren't happy with. I wonder if she were a Democrat that you'd even raise it.

Just wait, the next question that will be raised is "Why did she have it?"

Anonymous wrote, "...her ONLY job should be that of taking care of her husband and children..." Huh? Shouldn't that be a choice for her and her family? Why can't her husband look after the kids so his obviously talented wife can be vice president? I'd be happy to do it if it was my wife given this opportunity.

Besides her husband, Palin has teenage daughters to help out. Remember, the campaign has only two months more to go. That is relatively a short span of time.
