"Ultimately I am confident that the Supreme Court will not take what would be an unprecedented, extraordinary step of overturning a law [Obamacare] that was passed by a strong majority of a democratically elected Congress."Somebody should tell the president that overturning laws that the Supreme Court finds unconstitutional is what the Supreme Court does. It was a stupid comment from someone who was a constitutional law professor.
