Progress On The Superman Plaque Dedication

Things are progressing nicely with the Adventures of Superman plaque dedication in Tarzana this coming Saturday at 9:00 AM.

Above, the location of the plaque dedication: 5400 Wilbur Ave., Tarzana, CA.

The plaque company is picking up the plaque/monument today and I'll be getting it from them tomorrow morning.

Got everything arranged to have it placed at the location: the materials (shovel, fork, concrete and bucket) and a laborer to do the digging.

Which brought to mind:
"You see, in this world there's two kinds of people, my friend: Those with loaded guns and those who dig. You dig." - Clint Eastwood in The Good, The Bad and The Ugly.
While he's digging, I'll be preparing the concrete (either that or just supervising with a vodka martini, shaken, not stirred). Jim Nolt threw in a quote from the "Drums of Death" episode: "Will he be wearing chains of iron... heavy, heavy, iron... as he digs?"
