Tokyo's Best Bars With A View

Suppose you have arrived in Tokyo and have a desire to go out for drinks but don't know where to go.

Time Out Tokyo has posted a list of 15 bars in Tokyo where one can also take in a scenic view of the city over cocktails as an added bonus.

They begin it with:
There are few things more breathtaking than gazing out over the sea of lights that is Tokyo at night, and virtually everyone in the city has their own favourite spot for viewing the spectacle. Admiring the view is of course best done while sipping a drink in good company, but the vast selection of rooftop restaurants and bars can be a little tricky to navigate – especially if you're on a budget. Whether you're looking to impress a Tokyo newbie, planning a very special date or just want to feel like a VIP for a few hours, consider checking out some of the 15 top spots listed below. All of these offer noteworthy night-time views, ranging from classic skyscraper vistas to offbeat perspectives, and are accessible even to thrifty boozers on the hunt for a little luxury.
To see their list, go here.

There's one bar with a view that probably should have been included in their list. Since they didn't include it, I'll add it myself.

The bar is the Mado Lounge on the 52nd floor of Mori Tower in Roppongi Hills. It was originally intended to be a "pop-up venture" (i.e., temporary), but it proved to be so popular that it is now a permanent fixture. I saw the Mado Lounge when I went up to the Tokyo City View (on the same floor) last February.

World's Best Bars has Mado Lounge listed here.
