Columbia Landing, July 4, 1982

Last July, I posted about attended the landing of space shuttle Columbia at Edwards Air Force Base. This was the end of the STS-4 mission on July 4, 1982. There was about half a million spectators there, including President and Mrs. Reagan.

I've located and scanned some photos I took of that event (we got there the night before the landing after attending a Los Angeles Dodgers game).
