With Navajo casinos in the vicinity, it may be worth my while to check them out, particularly their restaurants.
I am not a gambler, but one can find good deals for food at casino restaurants.
Case in point is the Fire Rock Navajo Casino that is on the way from home to Gallup, New Mexico. I can see it alongside the highway when I pass it.
Their website advertises dinner specials such as:

PRIME RIB WITH BAKED POTATO & VEGGIESIt is kind of hard to find specials for steak & lobster dinners, even within the wilds of Los Angeles. Obviously, dinner specials are draws for people to come in and, hopefully, gamble.

Other casinos in the region also have RV camping, some of which border on RV resorts. The weather is not exactly favorable for such an excursion now, but come later this spring and summer, they will be packed.
