For quite a while, I was debating about heading to the Flying J for our usual morning gathering at Denny's.
But, since I had some stuff to mail, I decided to go on ahead. It turned out that there were six of us there.
The snow showers continued while we were at Denny's and I watched it through the window. But the ground and other temperatures were such that the snow melted as soon as it hit the ground. It is about 37° outside.
When I returned home, the snow that accumulated during the night on the deck was completely melted.
According to the National Weather Service, it is supposed to be colder tonight, about 28°.
