Just as the National Weather Service and The Weather Channel have forecast, snow showers have just started falling in Jamestown, New Mexico.
I just went outside to fill the feed bowl for P.K. and noticed that the snow has started coming down.

There is still about six inches of snow left on the ground from the New Year's storm. It originally was at 14", but has since receded down to 6".
This weekend's snow will probably add another inch or so to what's on the ground.
