As usually happens when gone on a vacation trip, mail back home accumulates into a nice stack.
This happened to me during my recent 12-day vacation trip. A nice stack of mail was waiting for me at the post office.
One item, a welcome one, was the current (September 2019) issue of Motorhome magazine (pictured above). A couple of articles caught my attention. One was on guns and the other was on Class C motorhomes. The second article caught my attention as I know of some who are considering a purchase.
On the gun article, titled "Have Gun, Will Travel" discusses issues pertaining to the transporting of pistols, long guns and ammunition in a RV across state lines. Issues include concealed carry, search & seizure, the 1968 Firearm Owners Protection Act (FOPA), high-capacity magazines and duty to inform. What may be legal in some states, may not be legal in others.
The article on Class Cs, "Room To Grow" details the variety of the "new breed" of motorhomes and the best ones to fit every budget and lifestyle.
