Dollar/Yen Exchange Today

Two more days to go before I board my flight to Japan.

I took a look at today's exchange rate between the U.S. dollar and the Japanese yen and this is the result:

1.00 USD = 83.7919 JPY

While the exchange rate is nothing to rave about, it is still a trifle better than 80 yen/dollar to 81 yen/dollar that we saw just weeks ago. It is a far cry from the 116 yen/dollar rate I received in 2007.
