Sky Tree Tops 50 Million Visitors Since Opening

It has been almost a year since the Tokyo Sky Tree saw its grand opening.  It appears to be one of the biggest, if not the biggest, tourist attractions in Japan.

Kyodo News reported:
The number of visitors to Tokyo Skytree, the world's tallest broadcasting tower, and its adjacent shopping mall topped 50 million as of Tuesday, ahead of its first anniversary on May 22, the operator said Wednesday.
That's a lot of people!
