My poor computer had an unexpected bath, courtesy of a co-worker yesterday morning.
He was doing some "air guitar" moves and one of his hands knocked over his bottle of Fanta Orange soft drink right on my computer.
Fortunately, I wasn't using it at time time and the cover was closed and, which is most important, I brought it into the shop immediately. (Some got into the keyboard and touch pads.) Otherwise, instead of paying just $90.00 for cleaning, he would have been out $200.00 more to replace the motherboard.
So, a word to the wise, if you spill a drink on your computer, get it into the shop right away to prevent further damage!
