Japan Tourism Hits Record Of Over 8 Million

Japan is creeping towards its goal of 10 million annual foreign visitors.

News On Japan reported:
The Japan National Tourism Organization says the number of foreign visitors to the country from January to October hit a record high of over 8 million. 
The agency estimates that the number of foreigners visiting Japan last month came to 928,500. 
The figure pushed up the 10-month total to nearly 8.7 million. The previous high of 8.6 million was posted in 2010.
