Superman T-Shirt Bonanza

Above, the t-shirts I bought for Jes and myself.

After meeting with Jim Nolt and meeting many Adventures of Superman fans at the Beverly Garland Hotel, I've finally gotten home.

It was festive mood at the hotel bar's patio area with fans, many of whom wore Superman t-shirts with the
"S" symbol in the George Reeves style.

An enterprising fan had a suitcase of t-shirts and had a "landoffice business" (like Madame Selena) in the patio. I bought two of them. A 1951-53 black & white version for myself and a 1954-55 color version for Jes. He had several styles crammed into the suitcase. The ones that seemed to sell the fastest were the black & white styles and the 1957 styles (those sold out fast).

It looks like the plaque dedication will have many fans wearing Superman t-shirts, which should make for interesting photographs.

Now to get some sleep before the festivities begin at 9:00 tomorrow morning.
