A survey taken over a total of six days in July and October of last year and February of this year (no, they didn't ask me when I was there in February) found that Taiwanese accounted for 19% of foreign visitors to the Tokyo Skytree. This is according to an article in the Mainichi Shimbun.

Americans came in second at 11%.

The Skytree is the world's tallest freestanding tower with a height of 634 meters. The Skytree's operators asked about 86,000 visitors where they came from.
