What Airline Was Named Best In America?

You regular readers of this blog know of my feelings towards United Airlines since my February trip to Japan with them. United was once my favorite U.S. carrier. Now, my feelings towards United are more akin to loathing. So it's not surprising to me that they ranked at the bottom at number 8.

However, there is one U.S. airline (plus runners-up) that, surprisingly, are now called the "best in America."

This year’s surprising winner? 

The winner is: Delta Airlines.
