Japanese Motorhome

Earlier this week, we were walking back to our hotel from Nakamise Street in Asakusa, Tokyo when I spotted this vehicle parked across the street:

I did some checking on Japanese motorhomes and this appears to be one. With the number "520" emblazoned on the coach, this vehicle may be a rental motorhome.
