November L.A. To Tokyo Airfare Check

Now that we're in a new month, it is time to check on airfares for Los Angeles to Tokyo round-trip flights.

Yesterday's Los Angeles Times Travel section has airfares at $512.00 on the low end and $621.00 on the high end. These are before any taxes and fees are added in. Still, these are pretty cheap!

Next, I checked with my favorite source for Japan flights, GatewayLAX and this is the lowest they came up with for a direct round-trip ticket with a November 14 departure and November 22 return:

This price is before any taxes or fees are added. There were fares as low as $300, but they involved one or more stops.

As usual, the next report will be next month, unless there's a drastic change in fares.
