My retirement date hasn't even arrived yet, but already plans are being made for things to see, to do and to travel.
In January, I plan to head to Quartzsite (yes, that's how it's spelled), Arizona for the annual The Quartzsite Sports, Vacation & RV Show.
Thousands of RVers head to Quartzsite in January for the RV show, Indian pow-wow and other hobby and craft shows (including ham radio enthusiasts).
Most people who attend camp in the neighboring BLM dry camps that surround the RV show grounds.
I've always wanted to attend this show. Come January, I can scratch that off from my "bucket list".
