Dollar Made Moderate Gains Against The Yen

The U.S. dollar gained some ground against the Japanese yen today in Tokyo trading.

According to the Jiji Press:

Tokyo, Dec. 2 (Jiji Press)--The dollar gained ground moderately and rose above 123 yen in Tokyo trading on Wednesday, thanks to a bout of buybacks. 

At 5 p.m., the dollar stood at 123.05-06 yen, up from 122.86-86 yen at the same time Tuesday.
