Have you ever noticed a motorhome in a parking lot taking up four parking spaces? While doing so, did you go ballistic over the "inconsiderate" RV driver who parked that way?

There's a reason for this that the average Joe Doaks doesn't understand. The reason is tail swing.

The Nomadic Fanatic has posted a YouTube video discussing tail swing and RV parking in parking lots. It will explain why we motorhome owners park the way we do. Personally, I try to find end parking spaces, with or without an island, to park in.
