It had been about a week or so since I last heard any howls of coyotes. But at 4:23 this morning, I heard several of them and they sounded pretty close. There must have been a pack of them.
Since Scott lives on property behind James next door, I am sure that both gentlemen heard them also.
It looks like we'll have to go back on the hunt.
