Barking Spider Road

Under sunny, but cloudy skies, I put up the "Barking Spider Road" sign at the other acre. We're supposed to have thunderstorms come through later. We had them last night all around us, but we didn't get a single drop of rain.

It wasn't as difficult a task as I originally thought. I dug the hole a little deeper and poured in the quick-setting concrete into the hole, mixed it and put the signpost in.

In no time (it takes about 20-30 minutes for the concrete to set) the signpost was firmly in the ground. I bought an 60# bag of cement. It was more than enough.

It will be interesting to see the reactions of people driving by.
