Frankly, I don't know much about Jessica Patterson, but I understand she a Latina who beat three other candidates for the chairmanship of the California Republican Party.
Was she elected to rearrange the deck chairs on the Titanic or will she be able to revive, restore and grow the California Republican Party? Only time will tell.
