Socorro County Now A Sanctuary County...

...for the Second Amendment.

The Board of Commissioners have declared Socorro County, New Mexico a "sanctuary county" against laws passed by the State of New Mexico that infringe on Second Amendment Rights.

The New Mexico Shooting Sports Association reported:
Socorro County has joined Quay County as a "Sanctuary County" for the Second-Amendment. Contact your county commissioners and ask them to take a stand against anti-gun legislation.

Curry County has also introduced a similar resolution.

Too bad that California counties aren't doing the same thing. At least there are plenty in New Mexico who have guts.

I hope my county, McKinley County, follows suit.
