Who To Believe?

Earlier today, I was visiting at a neighbor's and we were comparing cell phone apps (he has Verizon and I have T-Mobile) and I looked into my phone's The Weather Channel app and it indicated a 70% chance of snow showers tonight.

I just took a look at the National Weather Service website for Jamestown, New Mexico and this is what it forecast:

This Afternoon
Mostly sunny, with a high near 48. Southwest wind around 15 mph.
Tonight
A 20 percent chance of snow showers after 11pm. Partly cloudy, with a low around 21. Breezy, with a southwest wind 15 to 25 mph.
Monday
A 40 percent chance of snow showers before 11am. Mostly sunny, with a high near 36. Breezy, with a northwest wind 20 to 25 mph. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.
