For the first time in several months, I headed to Fire Rock Navajo Casino near Gallup for a plate of their linguine and clams at Cheii's Restaurant.
Unfortunately, they had changed their menu since I was last there and linguine and clams is no longer on it. But, I did find a good dish to have while there.

The above photo is a good representation of what the green chile chicken Alfredo looks like. The only difference is that broccoli florets encircled the pasta. The meal was quite delicious, but I did break out into a slight sweat from the green chiles.
