Snow, Pretty Much A Dud

Above, the backyard this morning. Photo by Armand Vaquer.

When I got up at 5:00 this morning, it was snow showering outside.

But since then, there has been very little, if anything, coming down. Thus far, we only received a light dusting of snow and that will probably be gone in a few hours.

It is forecast that we have a 40% chance of snow showers today and tonight.

Even though it is supposed be sunny tomorrow, the high will be a meager 28°. Brrr!

According to the National Weather Service:

Today
Scattered snow showers. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 38. Breezy, with a west wind 15 to 25 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40%. Total daytime snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.
Tonight
Scattered snow showers before 2am. Mostly cloudy, then gradually becoming mostly clear, with a low around 15. West wind 10 to 15 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40%. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.
Monday
Sunny, with a high near 28. Northwest wind 5 to 15 mph.
