California U.S. Senator Kamala Harris is allegedly on Joe Biden's "short list" of potential running mates. Actor James Woods refers to her as "Heels-up Harris" for sleeping her way to the top.

Sorry, but as much as I fell for the meme it turns out not to be true. It came from a satire site bust a troll. One of the few instances lately where SNOPES turned out to be correct.
