The recent storm that flooded Yellowstone National Park has forced the closure of the park while officials figure out how best to make repairs for the safety of visitors. Many areas will be closed for quite a while while repairs are made. 

If one is wondering about the current status of the park, it is best to go the the official website by the National Park Service.
