The stuff that now passes as "music", particularly rock 'n roll, leaves me cold. So, to start off the week, here's a video of a classic rock artist.
To start off this week, a video of Buddy Holly (and The Crickets), a rock 'n roll pioneer from Lubbock, Texas performing "Peggy Sue" on the Ed Sullivan Show on December 1, 1957.
His life was cut short on February 3, 1959 (a day before my fifth birthday) when a plane he shared with the Big Bopper and Ritchie Valens crashed near Clear Lake, Iowa.
