Nice Yesterday, Snow Showers Today

Above, snow showers appear to be just starting. Photo by Armand Vaquer.

Last night, I decided to go to bed early as the wind outside were rattling everything. The noise woke me up early, so it was a good thing I went to bed when I did.

Now the wind has kind of tapered off and we're now getting snow showers.

It is weird that we had a 62° temperature yesterday and now this. I even took advantage of it and did some yard work.

It is about 36° outside now, so unless it gets colder out, the snow will immediately melt.

According to the National Weather Bureau:

Overnight
A 30 percent chance of snow showers. Cloudy, with a low around 22. Windy, with a southwest wind around 30 mph, with gusts as high as 40 mph. Total nighttime snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.
Tuesday
A 30 percent chance of snow showers, mainly before 9am. Patchy blowing snow before noon. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 34. Windy, with a west wind 25 to 30 mph, with gusts as high as 40 mph. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.
