NMSSA Sues The Governor

 Last evening, I received the following email from the New Mexico Shooting Sports Association:

Tonight, NMSSA sued the Governor over her order banning the carrying of firearms in Albuquerque and Bernalillo County. Partnering with Firearms Policy Coalition and Second Amendment Foundation, we filed suit in Federal Court. Our partner organizations have some of the very best Second Amendment attorneys in the nation and have track records of winning major cases. A lot of work went into getting the lawsuit filed, and we still have a lot of work ahead of us.
