Facebook Down Worldwide

I had a feeling something was askew with Facebook this morning when I tried to share a blog post at Facebook.

The usual way of doing so was not working right, but I eventually got it done. It was sort of "going the long way around the barn."

According to the Daily Mail:

Meta's Facebook, Messenger and Instagram are down worldwide, leaving hundreds of thousands of users unable to access the social media platforms.

The issues appeared around 10:20am ET and are impacting both social media sites' apps and website.

The main issue was that I was unable to log back in. We'll just have to wait it all out. 

UPDATE (1:30 PM):

I still am having trouble logging in despite changing my passcode and entering various codes.

UPDATE (6:23 PM):

Still unable to log in. No login codes are being sent by Facebook.

UPDATE (3/6/24) (5:39 am):

Still unable to log in. No login codes being sent by Facebook.

UPDATE (5:48 am):

Now it's sending codes, but they don't work.
