I hadn't taken a look at the COMEX spot price of silver since last week. Imagine my surprise when I saw silver above $27.00/toz this morning.
Some investing observers are saying that silver went up following a speech by Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell on possible rate cuts.
It was in mid-2021 when silver was last over $27/toz.
