Classic Rock Music Monday

The stuff that now passes as "music", particularly rock 'n roll, leaves me cold. So, to start off the week, here's a video of a classic rock artist.

To start off this week, the spotlight is on Brewer & Shipley, a folk rock duo consisting of Tom Brewer and Mike Shipley. They had their biggest success in the late 1960s and early 1970s. They still perform today, but mainly in the midwest. Their biggest commercial success was "One Toke Over The Line" from 1970.

For today's song, here is "Witchi-Tai-To" from a Native American ancient peyote chant. It got a lot of FM airplay on progressive rock stations (remember those?). It was released in 1969.
