Updated 3/17/18.
Since I had a couple of things to do that couldn't be done in Gallup, I headed into Albuquerque yesterday and decided to make it an overnighter at the Route 66 RV Resort.

The resort is located at Exit 140 of Interstate 40 on the outskirts of the city and is situated next to the Route 66 Casino. There's a free 24 hour shuttle service between the RV resort and the casino/hotel. The park was built two years ago, so all the equipment is still relatively new. The sites are nice and spacious!

This is a very nice RV park with nice landscaping and level concrete pads. The only drawback to the park is that there are no trees for shade. I guess that's why Man created awnings.

There's a swimming pool, activity center, complimentary coffee, store and dog runs. The staff was nice and helpful and each guest is escorted to their site.

The complimentary coffee is in the clubhouse beginning at roughly 6:00 a.m.

The weather was clear, but it got a little nippy during the night. This place would be great to hang out in during the summer months. I will probably be back in May.
