Since we're to get snow showers today and tomorrow, I figured I'd better get The Beast out of the GOCO Beast Barn today and fill up the gas tank. The clouds looked ominous.
These were accomplished, just in the nick of time, it seems. A soon as I got back home from the Flying J, it started to snow shower. Gasoline at the Flying J for unleaded regular was $3.179/gallon. My Good Sam Discount lowered that to $3.129/gallon. It was nice that gasoline came down a bit during the past several days.
After getting the Beast Barn's door opened, I was wondering if The Beast would start up, given the cold temperatures during the past two months and that it hadn't been started since Christmas. But it fired up just fine.
This was in preparation for a drive to the Albuquerque Sunport to catch my flight to Phoenix for the National Money Show. I'll be meeting up with Mitch Geriminsky there.
