I was thinking about getting three new tires for the Jeep next week, but it appears that we may be getting snow then.
I checked with the National Weather Service's forecast for next week and there is currently a 20% chance of snow showers starting Monday. The chance of snow showers could go up or down between now and then.
Plus, the temperatures will be hovering around the 30s and 40s.
So, I'll have to wait a bit for more warmer weather.
Here's the forecast for next week for the Gallup/Jamestown area:
Monday
A slight chance of rain and snow showers after 11am. Partly sunny, with a high near 54. Breezy. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
Monday Night
Partly cloudy, with a low around 27.
Tuesday
A slight chance of rain and snow showers after 11am. Mostly sunny, with a high near 48. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
Tuesday Night
A slight chance of rain and snow showers before 11pm, then a slight chance of snow showers. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 21. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
Wednesday
A 30 percent chance of snow showers. Partly sunny, with a high near 39.
Wednesday Night
A 20 percent chance of snow showers. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 17.
Thursday
A slight chance of rain and snow showers. Partly sunny, with a high near 46. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
