Senate Confirms RFK Jr. As HHS Secretary

The U.S. Senate has voted to confirm Robert F. Kennedy Jr. as the secretary of the Dept. of Health and Human Services.

Townhall reported:

On Thursday, the Senate voted to confirm Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., President Donald Trump’s pick for secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

The Senate voted 51-48. As of right now, Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul has not voted. Kennedy has surpassed the threshold.

Kentucky Republican Sen. Mitch McConnell voted against confirming RFK Jr. He was the only Republican who did so.
