Mount Fuji Will Soon Have Wi-Fi

Hikers atop Mount Fuji will soon be able to access the Internet.

According to Time Magazine's website:
It’ll soon be much easier to share your selfie on Mount Fuji, Japan’s tallest peak. Officials in the local prefectures are installing free wi-fi for all hikers, an initiative designed to spur tourism on the iconic mountain.

Besides spurring tourism, the move is also to enhance safety and allow access to weather reports.
