For those who participated in the 2004 G-TOUR to Japan, the following story should catch their attention.
Japan Today reported:
TOKYO —The Shiba Park Hotel in Tokyo is offering an “Ohanami (Sakura) Walk”, a participatory event in which hotel staff will guide guests visiting Japan from abroad to spots in the vicinity of the hotel to see the beautifully blooming cherry trees.
Thanks to its convenient access from both Haneda and Narita international airports, and its ideal location within walking distance of iconic Tokyo landmarks such as Tokyo Tower and Zojoji-temple, a high proportion of guests at Shiba Park Hotel are visitors from abroad, with that figure surpassing 71% in 2015.During the time that G-TOUR was in Tokyo, the tour group stayed at the Shiba Park Hotel.
