The Atomic Bomb Dome in Hiroshima, Japan received a structural clean bill of health recently.
The Dome is Hiroshima's symbol of the August 6, 1945 atomic bombing and is inspected periodically for any structural problems. It is part of the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park. At the time of the bombing, it was the Hiroshima Prefectural Industrial Promotion Hall.
