A new visitor service center will be opening this fall at Narita International Airport in Terminal 1.
The Asahi Shimbun reported:
NARITA, Chiba Prefecture--Foreign tourists can experience Japan’s “omotenashi” hospitality culture as soon as they land at Narita Airport this fall with the opening of a new Visitor Service Center.
The facility will bring together the airport’s numerous visitor services in one place, at arrivals in the airport’s Terminal 1, with the aim of improving the inbound customer experience.
“We want to create an area that will serve as the ‘starting point of their trip to Japan’ for each and every visitor,” said a Narita International Airport Corp. (NAA) official.
NAA announced that the new facility is designed to improve convenience for the increasing number of visitors to Japan by providing a one-stop information and service center to offer a greater sense of reassurance and comfort during their stay in Japan.
