This morning, I had some errands to do in Gallup. While there, I took a stroll down Coal Avenue in the historic downtown area.
While there, I stopped an browsed in a flea market. I didn't see anything I needed (or wanted), but they have some good stuff there.
During my walk, I took the above photo of the historic El Morro Theatre. The annual Gallup UFO Film Festival is held at the El Morro.
According to Cinematreasures.org:
This theatre opened in 1928 with a seating capacity of 900 and has a Spanish Colonial style exterior. The El Morro Theatre was restored in 1991. It is currently owned by the city of Gallup, and it features performing arts as well as first-run movies.
