A better part of today was spent in Valencia, California at Camping World to get some warranty work done or get the ball rolling on getting it done. They are an authorized warranty repairer for Winnebago motorhomes and trailers.
I had one minor item taken care of (a faulty latch to the house battery door) and had the issue(s) inspected and reported to Winnebago's Customer Service department for approval.
The main problem is a ceiling vent that got "glued" shut and the crank to open it broke. This is not an unusual problem with all motorhomes and trailers of all makes.
I am now waiting to hear back from Camping World about the status of the approval process and to set an appointment to get the work done.
