According to the National Weather Service:
Heavy rain, gusty winds, and mountain snow will impact central and southern California through Tuesday; this may result in debris flows and mudslides due to recent wildfires.
Since Southern California has been dry as a bone this winter, we can sure use the rain. If it is as heavy as forecast, this will cause mudslides in the areas that had wildfires. XSNGH Glenn Thornhill had to be evacuated during the Creek Fire last month and his area may be prone to mudslides.
Hopefully not.
