Capitol Police Officer Appears To Have Lied In Court
It appears that a Capitol police officer lied under oath (he wouldn't do that, would he?) that led to the conviction of pro-Trump Oath Keepers protesters on January 6, 2021.
The Blaze has some video captures showing the officer was not where he testified he was at.
The Blaze starts their article with:
U.S. Rep. Barry Loudermilk (R-Georgia) has released video images from Jan. 6, 2021, showing the movements of a Capitol Police officer who Blaze News investigative journalist Steve Baker said appears to have given false testimony regarding his whereabouts that day during a key encounter with members of the Oath Keepers.
Loudermilk, chairman of the Committee on House Administration Subcommittee on Oversight, said in a statement to Baker that he released the still frames — from closed-circuit TV video with timestamps — of U.S. Capitol Police Special Agent David Lazarus because "an allegation of a Capitol Police officer lying under oath is very serious and must be fully investigated."
Thank goodness there's video evidence proving perjury on Officer Lazarus's part.

Roger Stone Arrest: Out-of-Control FBI and CNN Collusion
The early morning arrest of Roger Stone is fishier than a seafood market.
How did CNN "just happen" to be on the scene to record the arrest? I was wondering about this even before everyone else over the web asked that question.
In Newsmax, Greta Van Susteren was wondering too:
Greta Van Susteren on Friday speculated that the FBI might have told CNN that they were about to arrest longtime Republican operative Roger Stone, and allowing them time to film it.
The FBI arrested Stone Friday morning on charges involving special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation, including obstruction of justice, making false statements and witness tampering.
CNN had a camera crew on the ground outside Stone’s residence in Fort Lauderdale, Florida when he was arrested, prompting van Susteren to wonder how they knew to be there.
“CNN cameras were at the raid of Roger Stone...so FBI obviously tipped off CNN...even if you don’t like Stone, it is curious why Mueller’s office tipped off CNN instead of trying to quietly arrest Stone; quiet arrests are more likely to be safe to the FBI and the person arrested,” she tweeted early Friday morning.
She later admitted that "others" could have tipped off CNN.
Also, the "spectacular guns drawn" arrest of Stone was quite a bit over-the-top given the alleged offenses he's charged with.
A deputy district attorney I know said this about the Stone arrest:
Really?!!! With guns drawn for a freaking perjury type of offense?!!! And one he knew of and had a court date for this morning anyway?!! The FBI is out of control! We would call for discipline on an officer or group doing that here.

Whatever You Do, Document Everything
As a retired claims adjuster, I've pretty much seen it all.
I have seen many instances of insurance fraud and have obtained convictions against the perpetrators. The main reason why I have obtained those convictions (and have received cash bonuses for them from grateful employers) was because I thoroughly documented my files. While many plaintiffs are stupid, it is also surprising to see almost as many stupid and dishonest attorneys who try to game the legal system.
I could easily spot false statements because I was armed with the "ammunition" to shoot them all down in my claims files. They ran the gamut from phony police reports to court filings.
I have also seen false accusations made in court filing documents. The most stupid thing someone can do is to make false statements or accusations when the "other side" has the documented proof that those statements are false. I have recently read one by a person who filed a Petition filled with fabrications. (I enjoy reading court cases such as these that are posted online or published by lawyer associations. We used to get them regularly at the insurance companies I worked at.) Many of the fabrications were so ridiculous that they were laughable. One has to wonder, "Why do they even bother?" The motivation by the petitioner was likely vindictive retaliation over a complaint.
The respondent, luckily for him, had the proof that those false statements made by the petitioner to successfully refute them in court.
It really doesn't pay to take legal action unless "one has all his ducks in a row" and are true. It could also lead to perjury charges in many instances. That is why I am so opposed to frivolous lawsuits. They are one of the reasons why the courts are over-burdened with an enormous backlog of pending cases. Many of them are just bogus. It is a waste of time and resources to have to shoot them down.
As such, it has always been my policy to press for prosecution for fraud.
I have never lost a Small Claims lawsuit, personally or professionally, because I documented everything. I even beat the Southern California Edison Company for property damages caused by a power surge from their equipment. The jaws of the representatives for Edison practically hit the floor when the judge ruled in my favor as they were in such shock.
So, keep all this in mind. It just may save you a mess of trouble.
