The East Japan Railway Company (JR East), operators of the Narita Express train from Narita International Airport to Tokyo, will be slashing train fares from Narita in and around Tokyo for foreign visitors, according to the Nikkei Asian Review.

They posted:
Starting Friday, the one-way price will be a flat 1,500 yen ($14.20) for regular cars on the Narita Express heading to the capital. This is roughly half the current 2,940 yen for those traveling to Tokyo Station. The children's fare will come to 750 yen. The new low prices will be good even during holidays and other peak travel periods.
