Now that The Monster Movie Fan's Guide To Japan is completed and is now in the hands of Comixpress (as of yesterday), my attention turns to making sure information on ordering goes out.
Most comic books shops obtain their books through Diamond Distributors (they also distribute G-FAN). They are the "big daddy" of the comics industry distribution-wise. However, there are smaller distributors out there.
At Comixpress, a company founded by comic book creators, they also provide publishing services for small-press magazines, besides comic books. Orders can be directly made through them. In some cases, shipping is free and they never run out of stock.

When The Monster Movie Fan's Guide To Japan is ready, it will be listed on their online store. So you may want to periodically peruse their store listings to see when it becomes available.
